1. This is a sources sought notice for Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) Enterprise-wide Maritime Special Operations Forces (MSOFS) 2.0. NSW plans to use the responses from this sources sought to plan and implement an acquisition strategy for MSOFS 2.0 which is intended to replace the current MSOFS contracts: H9224020D0011, H9224020D0012, H9224020D0013, and H9224020D0014. NSW is seeking responsible Small Business concerns under NAICS code 541611 (hereinafter “you”, “your”, the “Contractor”, “Contractors”, “vendor”, “Company”) that can provide logistics, program management, administrative and other support services in accordance with the Draft Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Both at the time of proposal and at the time of performance, Contractors shall have an existing TOP SECRET facility clearance and SECRET safeguarding capability. NSW will not sponsor companies.

II. Contractors shall submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability addressing each of the following questions:
A. Discuss your experience providing required support services to NSW, SOCOM or equivalent military organization.
B. Does your company have the ability to receive documents classified as SECRET electronically? Please explain.
