until 10:00 o’clock a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, and then open and read aloud at the Johnson County Courthouse, 215 W Main Street, Clarksville, AR.
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for Glazing Contractors intending to bid on the project on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Any Sub-Contractor bidding on the project is also invited to attend. The group will meet at the Forrester-Davis MAC Building, 400 Oak Court, Clarksville, AR.
The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools, and accessories necessary for single hung window and aluminum storefront replacement in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners. Project is located in Clarksville, AR.

BID DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED BY OTHER PLAN ROOMS OR OTHER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION SERVICES.
Each contractor’s bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Arkansas in the sum of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. Said certified check or bid bond will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder upon request when the award is made to the successful bidder and the contract has been signed and the performance and labor material payment bonds have been executed.
Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract amount, will be required from the successful bidder.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Annotated 22-9-203, the state encourages all small, minority, and women owned business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements.
Any entity replying to this bid must provide printed documentation of current status and good standing with Sam.Gov in the bid package.
All responses not submitting Sam.Gov registration will be considered non-responsive and will be eliminated from consideration and bid will be rejected.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
