The project consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, material delivery, transportation and all associated services for Intersection Improvements FY 2023 Deer Springs Way Project (CIP # 10509-23), located on Deer Springs Way at the Clayton Street, N. 5th Street, and Losee Road intersections. This work generally consists asphalt pavement, signal installation, sidewalk ramp upgrades, signage, striping and other appurtenances necessary for a complete intersection as shown on the Drawings. The Project shall be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization.

The City requires the contractor to promptly begin installing the traffic signal at Deer Springs and North 5th Street within 30 days of executed contracts. The City has pre-purchased the equipment for this intersection and the contractor is required to collect it from the City's traffic operation storage facility. The Contractor is required to replace this equipment in kind as part of this contract.

The estimated monetary range of the project is: $3,400,000 to $3,600,000.
